UMNACHTER
“Umnachter” is a solo project of Austrian artist Robert Polsterer. He masterfully combines shamanic overtone singing with pure sounds of classic nylon string guitar, metallic accords of western guitar and even drone sounds of Australian didgeridoo. As a result we can enjoy very unusual and bewitching music. It easily transports the listener to unknown lands surrounded by hidden mountain’s peaks. You can go for a walk along the rich green meadows filled with the aroma of countless beautiful flowers and mysterious shady forests overgrown with trees covered with moss. The spirit of Past Ages is felt in Robert Polsterer’s compositions. And at the same time “Umnachter” is true modern music.
