This music is breathtaking! Sajjad masterfully mixes modern western melodies with various ethnic influences into a sparkling cocktail. Uillean pipes and ethnic flutes, Spanish guitar and keyboards, cello and soprano sax, drums and percussion – all this diversity of instruments create the unique flavor of “Where I Belong”.

It took five years for Sajjad to release this album. A large quantity of first class artists took part in recording of “Where I Belong”. I’d like to especially mention the passionate guitar of established master Johannes Linstead.

The music of Sajjad is full of dynamism. His keyboards gently lead the listener through the vivid and moving images of the artist's compositions. The music of various cultures all blended into a common pot. As a result we can enjoy the inimitable style of Sajjad.

“Where I Belong” can be described in a few words as “surprising” and “unexpected”. Sajjad is a new name which shines brightly on the new age and contemporary instrumental music sky. What more can be said? The music of Sajjad is incredibly beautiful.
