To pass along this world
And not to bog in it
Having filled the heart with beauty
In GAVRI s music there is so much beauty of this world that from
the very first seconds you get plunged into his album Global
Inspiration and can t tear yourself away from it. You are carried
away with ease from one continent to another, you see unbelievably picturesque
lands and meet surprisingly wonderful people.
GAVRI s music is like a multicolored carpet with wonderful lappets
descended from different nations and cultural traditions. The musician weaves
Indian, African rhythms and various ethnic instruments into a modern
synthesizer s sounding. He mixes all this with modern dance rhythms,
thus creating in such a manner a whimsical multicultural cocktail. Original
sounds and singings were recorded by him during his travels in Africa (Tanzania,
Kenya) and India. As a result of numerous trips and a studio work the ancient
and at the same time the extremely modern music of the Global
Inspiration album appeared. It contains inexhaustible riches of our
planet and love to the people living on it, the people that so differ and
are so alike at the same time. You listen to GAVRI s music and realize
that all of us are very close and very connected with each other, and the
riches of this planet consist in its variety, in multiformity of cultures
and nations existing here.
GAVRI translated from Indian means Celebration of Life .
And it s not by chance that an Australian musician Robert Chomicz took
such a name, his music is imbued with joy, it is very positive. You listen
to his album and realize that always, in the most difficult conditions and
situations you ought to celebrate life as far as everything else is rubbish
which will fly off with the first whiff of a spring wind or will be washed
down with the drops of a refreshing summer downpour
The Celebration of Life will be of great interest of a wide
circle of music-lovers: from modern world up to new age, electronic, and
even chill-out music. While hearing GAVRI you realize that the Earth is our
common home where every person is of great value and importance.
